The Verge says the feature rolls out first to AI Plus, Pro, and Ultra subscribers
The Verge reports that Gemini can now pull from a user’s Google Photos library to generate more personalized images. It’s another step toward assistants that can use private, personal context, not just public web knowledge, to create outputs that feel tailored.
Personal context is the real differentiator once baseline model quality converges. The tradeoff is obvious, too, privacy and trust become the product.
